Your therapist will choose a blend of harmonious essential oils and calming scents to realign your senses during this deeply restorative treatment. You will leave with an increased sense of well-being and renewed energy and vigour.

Aromatherapy is a form of holistic healing, which uses essential oils to enhance the health of the body and mind. Absorbing the natural oils into your skin and stimulating your senses of smell and touch. Treatments can help you to relax, aid restful sleep, soothe aches and pains and boost your mood.

Each of our aromatherapy treatments is bespoke to your requirements, working those areas that require some special attention. You’ll soon understand why this ancient practice is still widely used today.
