The Event Brief

The Kingsmills Hotel was tasked to help host a series of medical education meetings for diabetes specialists working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A total of four, one day meetings were required.

The target attendance of 50 to 60 delegates per meeting in order to coincide with a tour of a manufacturing site where only small groups were permitted.

Choosing the Venue

When it came to selecting the venue, the client finally took two venues into serious consideration. It was agreed that the Kingsmills Hotel had the flexibility, facilities and service to the host the event. The client was delighted to find outstanding quality of service – particularly where audio visual support was concerned, as well as on-going support from the Inverness core services.

Delivering the Event

With delegates arriving from as far afield at Saudi Arabia, it was essential that the location was friendly, warm and accessible for all needs. Complete with its large conference room space and helpful staff on site, the Kingsmills hotel assisted in delivering quality educational meetings alongside engaging speakers resulting in a highly successful event.
