Working in the hospitality industry is like no other. A hotel is a living, breathing place that pulses 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We serve passionately and proudly and we delight in welcoming guests from all over the world to sample our beautiful Highlands of Scotland and the warm hospitality for which we are known. Our kitchen team is led by our Executive Chef Geoff Malmedy and we have two head chefs who look after our restaurant and banqueting kitchens.
