Front of House
Duty Manager
We are currently seeking a experienced, passionate, talented Duty Manager to join our Experienced Team.
We are looking for someone who can work five days from seven which includes weekends working a mixture of shifts but predominately in the evenings. You will work 8 hour shifts either from 7am-3pm or from 7 working 3pm-11pm.
Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- A Duty Manager works closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries, especially when our VIP Guests, long-stay Guests, and others are in the hotel reception.
- Responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards.
- Occupy the hotel reception and other public areas, particularly at busy times
- Engage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints.
- Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival.
- You will be operating your shift and ensuring all areas are sufficiently covered with the appropriate staffing levels.
- Working predominately in our F&B Departments such as the Bar and Restaurant.
- Stay current with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedures Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
- Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks etc.
- When working on a late shift you will be the Host in our Lounge/ Bar Area and supporting functions when running.

Spa & Leisure
Casual Leisure Club Attendant
The role as Casual Leisure Club Assistant, will mean you will support the Leisure Club Team in maintaining and delivering the highest standards of member and guest service. You will ensure the smooth running the club on a day to day basis when on shift.
But what we need from you. A passion for everything hospitality, leisure and fitness. A smile and ability to talk to everyone-The ability to deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional member satisfaction. Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.
About the role –
- Opening and Closing of the Leisure Club
- Assisting with membership queries, manning the reception desk and processing payments .
- To react efficiently to H&S and first aid incidents To react swiftly and effectively to any pool water issues Record faults and escalate these to the Leisure Management team and Maintenance team if required
- Maintain all areas of the leisure club with regular floor walks reporting faults. Cleaning all areas including changing rooms, gym and pool area.
- Pool Testing and Plant Room Duties.

- Pool Responder Certificate is desirable for this position however training can be given. If the successful applicant does not have this certificate then the company will provide training and put the successful candidate through the course.
- Casual shifts around 6.30am-2/3pm or 2pm -10pm. .
- We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, friendly, excellent communication skills and can work on their own initiative.
- To be eligible you must Q Lifeguard Qualification (or Emergency Pool Responder Qualification Level 2) 3 Day First Aid At Work Certificate (or willingness to complete First Aid at Work Course).
Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour
Spa Therapist

Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience
Carrying out Spa duties and general cleaning tasks enhancing guest experience within each therapy room and spa facility
Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards,
adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations,
playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
Working 5 days from 7 which includes weekends.
Rate of Pay – up to £13 per hour
Senior Spa Therapist
Are you an experienced spa therapist looking for a role with additional responsibilities. We are recruiting for a talented senior associate to join the team to help deliver treatments and drive forward our spa offering.

Performing all professional spa treatments and our full range of treatments offer, including massages, facials and body treatments
Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience

Kitchen
Chef De Partie (4 days on, 3 days off)
We have an exciting position available for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the team. If you are looking for a career in a established Kitchen or to join an elite Brigade then please apply.
Our main Kitchen is a fast paced environment serving breakfast, lunches and dinners. We also can accommodate up to 300 for events such as weddings and private dinners. To serve our Events we have a seperate Banqueting kitchen on the ground floor.

Applicants should be honest, hardworking and have a good knowledge of Kitchen Food Standards. Most importantly, you will have a passion for delivering great food, excellent service, confidence, energy and charisma to further yourself and the company. 24 Hour Hospitality
Night Porter (Full-Time)
Working up to five nights from seven; approximate hours 11pm-7.15am. Duties include cleaning and hoovering public areas, serving drinks to any late residents in the lounge bar, assisting with the set-up of meeting rooms for early morning starts. Checking in late arrivals to the Hotel and checking out early departures, answering telephone and often taking messages. Completing several security checks of the building throughout the night and being aware of night shift procedures. Previous experience desirable however training will be provided. This position will be dealing with guests so applicant requires excellent communication skills and interaction with the Guests.
We have full and part-time hours available.
Rate of Pay is above £12 per hour.
A clean driving license is essential for this position and candidates must be aged 18+ to be able to serve alcohol.
Maintenance
Experienced Painter & Decorator
We are looking for an Experienced Painter and Decorator to join their existing Painting Team. Applicants must be able to paint and wallpaper to a high standard as this will be carried out within guests bedrooms and public areas throughout our two current properties. Successful applicant must be able to hang wide fit vinyl of 130 cms with spliced joins. You will be predominately painting however there will be occasions when you will be required to carry out hotel general maintenance. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and can take a pride in their skill.
You will be working five days from seven with one weekend per month. We do require you to work one late shift per week from 9.30-6pm helping on maintenance. This will be discussed at interview. Salary will be dependent on experience.
