Kingsmills Hotel is a leading employer in Scottish Highlands’ hospitality and tourism. Firstly, we implement initiatives to support team well-being and development. Then, we provide structured training programs through FLOW, an online platform that allows associates to complete modules during work hours, ensuring a flexible approach to learning. Over 50 staff members have been with us for more than five years. So far, they’ve amassed a combined total of 545 years of service! What a testament to the workplace!
