Following the success of opening our sister hotel, the 5* Ness Walk, in 2019, we are very excited to share our latest news with you! We are currently developing an urban property on Church Street in the heart of Inverness’s historic city centre – just moments from the River Ness.

Our newest property, the 4-star KIN, will open in Spring 2027 and feature 72-bedrooms with urban styling and a concept casual restaurant – the perfect addition to our collection!
