Our Inverness restaurants
We have two restaurants in Inverness, each with a unique atmosphere and personality of its own. Overlooking the gardens, the bright and airy Conservatory Restaurant is the ideal location for a relaxed lunch with family or friends. In the evening, diners can indulge in a refined menu of traditional and contemporary flavours. Afterwards, step out onto the terrace with a cocktail to watch the sunset. The cosy Inglis Restaurant has a warm and intimate feel, offering an evening dinner menu that brings together the best of Scottish and international cuisine. Ideal for a romantic dinner or a group celebration. We also have a choice of beautiful private dining rooms, with private spaces and menus for all occasions.
A family-friendly atmosphere
We are a friendly Scottish hotel, welcoming guests of all ages. We believe that great food should be enjoyed by everyone, which is why we offer a dedicated children’s menu, filled with delicious and nutritious options for younger diners. For more adventurous mini-foodies, most of our main courses are available as half portions, so the whole family can experience the finest flavours of the Highlands.
The finest wines and whiskies
Scotland is famous for its whisky, and we invite you to savour the very best at our Whisky Bar, where you’ll find a superb selection of Scotch Single Malts. Our drinks menu also includes craft Scottish ales, expertly mixed cocktails and an impressive collection of fine wines. We also have non-alcoholic options, including a range of refreshing mocktails, artisan teas, freshly brewed coffee and vibrant fruit juices. Ideal for a relaxed drink after a day spent exploring the wild landscapes of the Highlands.
